No, some really clever "blonds (sic)" will realize they're _jokes_, with the sole intent of being humorous, and realize that people don't actually believe the stereotypes (well, intelligent people don't. I don't know about you), and that there's really nothing to be offended by.
And if you had more than two brain cells to rub together to create a spark, you might get it, too.
