I know someone who is a blonde, and hes quite intelligent. I really dont understand why everyone freaks out over blond jokes, seeing as you can't tell one to another's face. Blond jokes were invented due to... unsucessfull blond celebreties. I've noticed that people with this lack of brain-power try to make it seem others (blondes) are dumber than them, so you dont look so stupid. =) Failures in life.

true story here. smartest girl i know is a blonde and we were having a fire drill at our school. we were told their was a fire in the dining hall and we had to get out (their wasnt really a fire it was a pretend sceanario). most of us headed round te back the long way around avoiding the supposed fire where as she walked straight through the hall to the nearest exit. the morale of the story dumb is not lack of knowlage. it is lack of common sense. you could know all there is to know about anything but walking through a fire makes you a dumb fuck.

yes i am a blonde and yes if i do say so i am in the top set for most things but i dont take offence to these things...they are JOKES!! and that is all...sometimes i even find them funny however this isnt one of them and i personally think the main reason for this is because we all KNOW it isnt possible!!

I think it's simultaneously funny and sad that people don't seem to get it. Yes, it's a stereotype. That's the whole point! We make fun of stereotypes! It's not like people actually believe them! Well, not people who have more than two neurons to rub together, anyway.

We COULD have been looking at the ear or eye category thing. Ever think about that? Maybe we are here to put all the blond-haters in place. My best friend is blond, and she is the most knowledgable person I know. Ask her about any subject, and she'll tell you about it. She's like a walking Wikipedia! Anyway, I repeat, this joke is NOT original. We should not be having the blondes are dumb/not dumb argument over here, in the comments section of a joke. Point proven, my bet is Elizebth here tried this and upon finding the reslts to be not what she expected made a comment that told the world that by shining a light in her ear light didnt come out her eyes. Now you see this is why we make jokes about blonds, they really are dumb (living proof)
