Eman, if you haven't had a baby then you obviously have no right to talk do you? i myself have 3 children and the labour through all of them were painful, but what was worse is when i found my husband screwing his secretary in my bed, so this joke actually has a valid point, apart from the fact i kisked his ass out, got a divorce and kept all of his assets and his money is far from the point.

Apparently you had a baby but apparently you never had a man. The joke is in the contrast --hence "difference between"-- suggesting that, compared to having a man in your life --and all the pain and aggravation associated with that-- labour pains during childbirth are a walk in the park.
Thusly, "A man can be terribly painful and sometimes almost unbearable. I'd rather have a baby."
I wouldn't know though. I have never had either and don't plan to nether.
