when the officer tried to be bossy and egomaniac by requesting respect and asking soldier to address him politely the soldier got upset and instead of saying he got money as he said the firts time round ..second time he said no sir..he addressed the officer politely but said that he has not money eventhough he had them

Since the officer told the soldier to adress him as an office thinking he was a dick he said at that point he did not have change.
Officer: "Soldier, do you have change for a dollar?"
